Gantt Excel has been a big help. I've already set up a project plan for an upcoming annual series of meetings and prepared for the second year well in advance. It's now much easier to draft and adjust the plan as needed. Thank you!

I purchased this early in 2021, after a lengthy search online for a pre-configured Gantt chart. This company provided a one-off lifetime payment, rather than a monthly fee as the others I looked at were, and so I tried it for free to see what it could do. I was pleased with it, and then purchased, and the people I was writing the Gantt charts for were impressed. at the beginning of 2022 my HD failed, and I contacted the company to set it up again. I wasn't sure of the website I had purchased it from, and sent off an email with a screenshot to the company I thought it was from (I had downloaded a few free trials). I also used a different email account to the one I had purchased it with, which proved to be no problem for the company. I received a reply within a day, and within 3 days (I was in Asia, in in a different timezone to the company, and so there was a lag in my replies, the company replying in a very short time), I was all set up again, and with the latest version and updates. Thank you very much, great product, great service.

We bought the product about a year ago, but haven't use it for our original purpose. After more than 1 year, we decided to try a new version and new functions, but the license was not working with new version.
We have contacted a support team who immediately helped us regardless our free upgrades subscription was expired. We are very happy with the support services, this is how it should work! We are now starting to use the product and it now seems to be applicable for our purposes.

I've reached out to Customer Service twice. And both times, I had my issues resolved within 24 hours. My first issue was a bug in the program. They fixed it and sent me an updated version of the product. The second time was that I needed to download the product on my new computer. I tried to use my previous link but didn't realize it had expired. They gave me the updated version for free!! I would have gladly paid for the product since I use it all the time, but they were incredibly generous.

After a long and winding search, GanttXL is turning out to be exactly the project management tool that I had been looking for. It's simple, easy to share and use collaboratively, and no outrageous monthly fees. I routinely use GanttXL to manage low-to-medium complexity projects for our primary care centre, as well as to help our management team stick to its operational plan, making use of additional excel tabs to dashboard key metrics and projections. So wonderful that the budget and resource summaries are all thoughtfully displayed for me, allowing me to focus my efforts on the business side of things. No need to reinvent the wheel when smoothing it will suffice -- and that's exactly what GanttXL does. It's one slick tool!

We were looking for an easy to use scheduling tool that we could handle project projections and budgeting. The GanttExcel well and truly delivered. The customer service is excellent and if we ever had any minor issues they were dealt with immediately. This excel addition makes planning and sharing our projects a simple process.
Whilst it is not as powerful as programs like MS Project, it is substantially easier to use and does not require a pile of expensive licenses to share and collaborate a project between multiple planners over email. This is a very worthwhile tool if you want an easy to use and easy to share project planner.

GanttExcel.com have produced a really neat and tidy low cost Gantt Chart solution for users who are interested in basic functionality.
At the price point of $49.95 (more than 90% cheaper than Microsoft Project) I decided to risk purchasing the product. What was surprising for me was that even at this low price point there was a very helpful customer support desk via email which helped me with a few initial start up problems.
For users who want basic functionality at low cost with customer support I can highly recommend this product. Best of luck to the GanttExcell.com team who I am sure will continue to improve and develop their services.

I am a project manager and work with MSFT Office all day every day. I could have made a Gantt Chart on my own, but not instantly like I can with GanttExcel. Making a Gantt Chart is about as easy as falling off a log. The small price tag is nothing compared to the hours I save every time I use it, I save more than the cost of the Ultimate version. That's a lot of savings. I can't imagine being happier with A) the product itself, B) the blazing fast delivery, C) the prompt, total customer support and D) the time it saves me. Here's a tip for you: Get the Ultimate version right away. It works, it's easy, it's effective. Get it.

I'm a certified project manager. I searched the internet for a sample project plan that I could use that would be easier than Microsoft Project. I found Gantt Excel and really liked what I saw. The price seemed fair so I purchased the Ultimate Gantt version. It's very easy to use and you can put a project plan together in a Gantt chart that saves you tons of time. I needed help from their customer service and their response was in minutes! I used their 'Contact Us' and they replied within minutes. Great customer service. I highly recommend this product.

I tested and purchased other Excel based Gantt Chart products but none were as easy to use and flexible as 'GanttExcel'.

The product is easy to install, use and allows the user to create 'real world' Gantt charts. I encountered a technical issue with the product and the support was extremely responsive and took the time to understand my unique issue and provide me with a effective solution.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone needing to create Excel Gantt Charts.

I needed a simple project spreadsheet and found Ganttexcel. Well, then I had some questions and they were answered promptly and I was able to enter data without having to go through a large learning curve. Then I needed another feature that I couldn't find- their team responded within 40 minutes and indicated they would provide that functionality. Overnight the fix was entered and I am very happy with the application and the support team

I purchased the Ultimate version of Gantt Excel and immediately discovered how easy it was to use. The ability to layout a project concisely is often the key to the success of that project. Being able to use a powerful tool without the cumbersome process of building my own customized sheets and charts takes a tremendous amount of hassle and frustration off my plate.

Having bought this product last year, I've used it for several projects and found it to be incredibly useful and intuitive. The technical support I've received has been exemplary, and I would recommend using GANTT Excel to anyone who needs to use spreadsheet format for a GANTT chart, especially if sharing with people who don't have an MS Project licence - it acts very similar to it.

This is an excellent product, very easy to use, easy to buy and great value for money in saved time. You do not need to be an excel expert to use it, the automation of entry does it all for you.

I recently showed the website to clients to help with their project planning. They were very pleased and will be adopting it through the company.

I needed to contact support to help with a query; their response was quick, efficient and very helpful. Excellent service and great product, I thoroughly recommend Gantt Excel.

I am a new at using Gantt software. So I was very impressed with the speed and thoroughness of their customer service when I had basic questions on how to use the software. They were very thorough in their responses, which made it very easy for me to use.

I have purchased similar software before, but found them difficult to use and their was no customer service support at all. This is a great product, at a tremendous price, with service you can count on.

I have recommended this product to numerous people in my field and will continue to do so. I would like to personally thank Steve for excellent customer service!

It was not a simple decision. When we talk about project management the technology to be use is always a critical point. A "big software" usually increase the time (knowledge curve). By the other side a 'typical gantt excel' allows works 'parts' but not the whole vision.

Our commitment with Gantt Excel exceed our expectations not only in functionality but even for support and quickly response in every interaction with the team allowing us to finish on time Gantt Project for a Corporate Wellness Program in Chile.

Had no trouble getting started, but ran into a few problems making the Gantt chart bend to my specific needs - was almost entirely "operator issues". Fortunately, their customer service was attentive and outstandingly responsive. I received CONSTRUCTIVE answers to my questions within a very few hours (not days) in every case. They even took the time to troubleshoot my first draft project schedule, which set me on my way very well. Product is quite thorough and feature-rich- more than I expected for the price.

I am very happy with the product, and especially with the promptness of service whenever I run into issues.

    A few comments:
*I would love it if I was able to use the "undo" feature while using the program.
*I also had some issues regarding dates, e.g. The year had 53 weeks instead of 52, or one month would have up to 5 weeks.

    Overall program is very intuitive.

    Thanks GanttExcel Support team!

This saved a lot of time for me. Having to update a schedule in project, then copy to excel was very time consuming and didn't allow real time changes in my meetings. Having this done in excel allows me to customize my schedule just like project while adding additional tabs for other information. I've received nothing but positive feedback from my pears. Well worth the investment and has paid for itself.
