Is this a subscription?
No. It is a single payment. There is no monthly or yearly charge, nothing renews against your card, and the licence does not expire.
What happens after the first year of free upgrades?
Nothing changes about the copy you have. Your licence does not expire and the version you are running keeps working exactly as it did. The twelve months cover new releases, not the right to keep using what you bought.
Which edition should I pick?
Go by how you measure the work. If every task in your plan is a number of days long, the Daily Planner is the whole product for you. If tasks start at 09:15 and finish 78 minutes later, you need the Hourly Planner. There is more on what an hourly timeline does on its own page. If some of your plan is weeks long and some of it is over by lunchtime, that is what Hourly + Daily is for.
Is there a limit on how many charts or tasks I can create?
No. Create as many Gantt charts as you want, and put as many tasks, subtasks and milestones in them as the project needs. Gantt Excel Pro caps none of them.
Do I have to rebuild my chart after I buy?
No. You activate inside the workbook you are already using, so the plan, the dates, the links and the resources all stay as they are. Everything your licence covers becomes available straight away, with no restart.
How is it delivered?
By email, as soon as the payment clears. You get a licence code, and you type it into the workbook you already have. There is no second download and nothing is posted to you. If it has not arrived within the hour, check the spam folder and then tell us on the support page.
What do I need to run it?
Microsoft Excel, on Windows or Mac. Gantt Excel is a workbook, so there is no add‑in to install, no account to create and no server involved.
